[A flash of bright light fills the room as a loud crack of thunder follows. Not a second later, the little demon is knocked over by a blur of red and yellow. The communicator falls to the floor and slides to reveal Flandre clinging to Cube quite tightly.]

F-Flandre-chan! L-Let go! Too tight-- ack!

[Cube reaches for the communicator, gagging and trembling with all his strength to type something while the vampire has him in a death grip. Rather than send what he typed, the feed clicks off.]

[Even after all this time, that sound still...bothered her. Normally she was asleep, or it was far enough away or quiet enough that it didn't trouble her or Cube was far enough away that this didn't happen in the first place, but...it scared her. It always had, as long as she could remember, that ominous roaring grumble so much bigger than herself and that she couldn't control at all. Centuries of bad habits were hard to undo.

She's shivering pretty hard during all this visegrip hugging, at least. Her wing crystals are rattling, and she twitches whenever any new rumbles sound, whimpering as she did so.]

[Cube understood. He did. After help raising so many young mistresses, being scared of storms was usually a must. But Flandre's strength is what Cube hadn't accounted for.

In an effort to wiggle out fro the little vampire's grip, Cube snaps his fingers and a shining light swirls about him... soon leaving him in his larger form. Maybe, if he was lucky... he could breathe this way.]
