[If anyone was walking around Discedo, you'll probably spot a soldier standing against a building. That wouldn't be too unusual of a sight, except that this soldier had a giant red, white, and blue shield strapped to his back. He also didn't seem to be bothered by the rain, but he was also wearing a blue helmet with a giant A in the middle of it.

Anyway, there was a small frown on his face as he worked the communicator in his hands, obviously not used to this kind of technology. However, he'll get at least the basic video function working in a few minutes.]

Is... is this working? [Steve looked at the video feed with a somewhat confused expression. He was uncertain about using this thing in the first place, but with his enhanced abilities suddenly disappearing and the thought of the serum only being temporary because of that, he decided to use it. Besides, he wanted to find Bucky and the others as fast as possible. Sneaking around in this place didn't really get him anywhere.]

This is... Captain America. [He seemed a little awkward admitting that.] Does anyone the coordinates of our current location? Or a brief description will help as well.

They're communicators, and he just kinda of talked to everyone. I didn't really have anything I wanted to say to him. ((For obvious reasons, WOOPS.))

Uh, maybe? You could try?

[Nods.] It won't hurt to try.

I can try to get the feed for you. It could take a while. I don't think it was that long ago... Hmmm

It would make sense, right? ((this is definitely more technical than she's used to, and she's never bothered trying to go back.))

Um, I'm not sure, ma'am. [He still doesn't even know how to text with this thing. w;A;w] This communicator is more advanced than anything I'm used to.

Same, though there's a lot of stuff like that around here. ((She laughs just a bit.)) You'd think I'd be used to it all by now, hah.

A lot of technology to adapt to then...

Well, if it's any consolation, a lot of it is broken now.

[Steve actually liked the communicator thing he was using right now, it was very helpful. So, it was a little disappointing that most of the other technology was broken.]

Are these communicators easily breakable?

[sthenic]

I'm not sure. I've never actually tried to break mine, so...

[Don't mind Steve as he taps the screen.]

Don't know what's it made of either.

Beats me. I mean... I guess it's just like a TV and a two-way radio mixed into one.

And it even has color, like the Wizard of Oz. [Steve is impressed by this. The televisions back on Earth were still black and white. If they were under different circumstances, Steve would probably be excited.]

Uh... The Wizard of Oz?

A movie about Dorothy and her friends as they search for the Wizard of Oz. There's also singing and it's just a really swell film.

Is that another earth thing, then...?

Yes, although it's mostly famous in the United States. Do they have movies where you're from?

Yeah, they do! I'm not really big on movies, though. No time.

You work back home?

[sthenic]

Yeah, kind of. I'm on of the shinobi from my village, and I'm our Hokage's assistant. Er, rather, I'm a ninja, and the Hokage is like the person who watches over everything in our village. ((She knows better than to just ASSUME the guy is going to get it right off the bat.))

...A ninja? [Still looks a little confused.]
