[Coming from China's comm today is a series of random notes from his bamboo flute. Doesn't sound like the usual expertise he displays. What about the whole "changing color phenomenon"? Well, he's already had his freak out, so now he's feeling slightly better. Then... you may or may not hear the sound of him taking in a big breath before--]

[The flute makes a very high pitch cry as China blows all his air into the instrument. Then, again, comes the--]

[He keeps doing it. Taking a deep breath. Blowing with all his might into the instrument. Hopefully no one becomes deaf because of him.]

[OOC: As a result from getting his chip removed, China's become a child again, a child who can't speak or understand any language besides his own. ~~All tags will be answered with not4000yet.~~ (Forgot, can't comment with that account since it isn't part of the discedo community.) Not a traditional oracle. No.

It is not so much seeing is it is like seeing-- ... It is very complicated to explain. Not very important.

What do I dream about?

I dream about dragons living in their palaces under the sea and within the heavens, or about what I could be when I grow up. Though, sometimes I have nightmares too. [He shifts his weight to one foot.]

I had the same dreams when I was little... about a dragon that lived in the heavens who fell in love with a fairy of the mountains. Sometimes of running through fields, with unbound feet. Dreams about goldfish are good, too. It means good things will happen to you soon.

[A quiet sigh.] Nightmares feel ominous, do they not. But it is good to know when you wake up, that is usually when they are over. Usually.

What the oracle predicted for my future does not help at all with the nightmares. I know when I wake up I am safe, for the most part, but I still have this foreboding feeling.

[Almost wishes that she could pat little China's back. He is a cute child... she wonders if she was this cute when she was little.] You grow up to be an impressive empire. There will be obstacles along the way and a lot of hardships, but you are resilient. [pauses.] And instead of being the student, you will be the teacher for many others.

The foreboding feeling will pass.

[He perks up a bit.]

I will become an empire? That is my life's dream! [He begins to flap both his oversized sleeves around.]

[Tsk tsk.] It is still a ways away, 宝贝. You have to work hard to bring your people together. [... Let's play with fate a little bit.] And be kind, generous and benevolent and not assimilate others around you.

[Although it is hard to scold the baby. Why are you so cute... over something that would give little her so much anguish...]

[He nods, but droops a little...]

But they make me fight... It is horrible, the people of the states are one people, I can sense it.

[He sniffles.]

I do not enjoy conflict.

Shhh, shhh. [frowns a little, plops onto the ground and lazily holds up the communicator so her face can still be seen. After a couple of moments, feels too casual and sits back up.] No one enjoys conflict...

Some of the generals seem to. They want power.

No one really wants conflict, but some humans have greedy hearts. But they die soon enough, and hopefully their successors are not famished for power.

I hope I do not become like them when I grow up.

A good intention. [She hums. It is a diplomatic answer. There is only so much she can say before she just... feels bad for the child.]

[She taps at the communicator, unsure of what else to say, when she accidentally drops it. The broadcast turns off. She frowns. She hopes that he doesn't think of her as rude for abruptly ending that, even if it was accidental.

She won't worry too much about it, though. Knowing her luck, she will probably run into China soon enough when he is not an absurdly coloured child.]
