[The feed turns on and what greets the network isn't Adam but the face of a horse-like creature, blinking at the screen. It nuzzles the communicator a couple of times before the ranger's voice can be heard.]

Hey, what are you doing over there, huh?

[The horse neighs slightly before it scoots away, showing the man come up to it, petting its head.]

No, you didn't do anything wrong. Still curious on how you turned the thing on.

[He picks up the communicator and focuses again on the horse creature.]

I'm trying to think of a name for this girl, anyone got any suggestions?


...listen, Heiji's back in Fortuna. But there's a problem: he's suffering from memory loss. Thought I would let you guys know.

It's pretty pointless to have pictures of the items I actually have in my possession.

[Doesn't help that the group had America in it trying to shoot pandas, a teacher who picks on kids for lulz, and creatures that shapeshift into other countries and try to kidnap friends. Plus add the kids, the bomb and the mummies...surprised he hasn't snapped yet.]

The factory looked like everywhere else: destroyed beyond belief. I noticed a lab but most of the equipment was smashed or the paperwork turned into dust. It got picked clean before I reached it.

[There's a sound of footsteps followed by a yawn. Damn kids.]

There's something that's been nagging at me though, like I thought I heard someone mention it before but somehow it slipped my mind.

No, but he's still recooperating from an avalanche back home. If I hadn't gotten there in time, he most likely would've died. Rather not have that happen despite the little 'Death takes a holiday' bit here.
