[ The communicator clicks on. Immediately the sound of dripping, a hollow sort of clawing and then a loud splash crackles through the speakers. ]

No, I don't want to record, how do I- can't turn this off, where's the button for this... shit, this is embarrassing. Ah, whatever. [ Suigetsu has had no shame for the majority of his life anyway, why start feeling sheepish now? It's clear, however, that the communicator is half-submerged in water held in what appears to be a bathtub. It's why the audio is muffled, why the video is bubbly and obscure.

He tries to gather his liquid form up, managing a head and shoulders, but his skin is oozing and he drops right back down again. The most he can handle at the moment is getting his chin above the surface, hair fanning out around him. ]

[ For anyone in 1113 in Dissimulo, Suigetsu might need some help. He's feeling kind of hungry and a lot bored. He doesn't mind whining like a little bitch about his condition, especially to his teammate. There's a long pause before he decides to try him again. ]

Sasuke, answer me, I know you're out there! You can't avoid me forever!

[ He splashes around for a bit, mouth submerged so he can blow tiny, angry bubbles. Then he resorts to more indirect methods. Soon, he may explore the pipes, but for now, he settles into his porcelain basin. ]

Yeah, sure. [ He sets that bucket within the tub for now, taking the time to plug the drain again just in case. He really does not want to get stuck doing this again. Only then does Sasuke turn on the water, careful to ensure its warmth. ]

[ He appreciates the drainage plug. Staring down, he sighs, finally relaxing a bit. Back 'home' in his bathtub, no crazy bitch to flush him, just him and his water.

So he manages to grip the sides of the bucket and drape himself over it, glancing up with a couple shallow breaths from exertion. ] It's okay... to dump me in or whatever.

Right. [ He assumed that Suigetsu would want a higher level of independence but he's not going to mock him. Now isn't the time.

And so Sasuke helps, tipping it carefully onto its side before slipping it away altogether once Suigetsu's out. Be free, Suigetsu, be free! ]

[ Sploosh, Suigetsu is now free.

The water's a relaxing temperature that makes the discernible parts of his body ripple with a little shudder. The pebbles, plant-life and sand sinks to the bottom. It gives him enough energy to prop himself up over the rim of the tub, arms hanging outside of it, face pressed against the cool edge. ]

I'm gonna say thanks after all...

Ah. Don't worry about something like that. I would expect you to do the same for me. [ And really, he has. When he'd been injured during the fight with Bee, or after the fight with Deidara, Suigetsu had acted effectively and proven himself to be reliable.

Invaluable, really. Wouldn't he be dead without him? ] Get some rest. You're sure you don't need food?

[ Suigetsu nods a bit before sighing. ] Sasuke, I'm fine. Go to bed... seriously.

[ He sinks to his collarbone and averts his eyes. Peering around his watery surroundings, trapped in this liquid form, he really felt like he was back in that tank. His prison. But steeling himself, he shrugs. ]

I don't need anything else.

[ Pride or truth? People like Suigetsu are sometimes difficult for him to understand, despite the fact that he has a violent streak of pride himself about some things. He stands to his full height, crossing to the door and only glancing back when his hand touches the light switch. ]

If you plan to sleep I'll turn it off.

[ Pride. He feels extremely unwell. It's why he can't eat. But Sasuke has done too much. It's fucking embarrassing.

He leans back against the back of the basin and nods for him to turn off the light. There's a small nightlight in the washroom for him anyway; after getting so used to the eerie green of his previous tank, he needs a bit of ambient colour to help him sleep. ]

Night.

[ His eyes catch only the farthest edge of Suigetsu's reflection in the mirror, unnaturally sharp and observant. And yet still so good at overlooking half of the signals they pick up. ] Ah. [ Finally the light is flicked off as Sasuke steps out of the small room, tugging the door shut behind him. He doesn't know if being alone right now is truly what Suigetsu wants but he won't coddle him further. About some things, Suigetsu should have the right to choose for himself.

So while he'll keep his communicator close and keep an eye out near that door, Sasuke won't actually invade his privacy any further. ]
