Nihao! It has come to my attention that this year, or rather, in the year of 2012, the date for the Dragon Boat Festival is June twenty-third.

Activities for the Dragon Boat Festival include eating zongzi, drinking realgar wine, and racing dragon boats. There is also a game where one tries to make an egg stand at exactly noon, and if you succeed you will have luck for the next year.

I would like to bring this traditional Chinese holiday to Fortuna, especially the boat races if it is safe to go rowing on the lake, aru. Then of course I will prepare plenty of zongzi for others to eat.

I would say somewhere near the lake since that is where the boat races are going to be held, so everyone will be gathered there. I also plan on placing the food stand in that area, aru.

Then we could both collect the chocobo eggs. I've already gathered a few.

Okay, I'll see if I can track them down. I don't really ever use the chocobos, so.

I have eaten their eggs before, though. They're quite delicious.

Jeez, I haven't had eggs in forever. Maybe I should try one of them out!

If things are not too busy during the festival, perhaps I could cook a few of the eggs and place them with the rest of the food. Their eggs are so big, so there should be enough to share with many people, aru.

Good idea! I wish I knew how to cook eggs, haha. I can fry them but that's it.

In Chinese cuisine we cook eggs with our rice and soups.

Really? I don't think I've had Chinese food with eggs. But I haven't really had much, haha. Just on summer break.

Haha, got it. Over where I'm from we just have tea all the time, but there's a lot of kids from other countries at my school, so I guess I see some foreign stuff sometimes!

Yes, quite a number of students from my country travel to Western countries to study. Then of course many of my people visit as tourists in the Western world.

Yeah! Plain old Englandshire, haha.

There's probably a bunch of Chinese kids at my school, yeah. But we've got kids from everywhere. A lot of the teachers aren't from England, too.

I've noticed. It has a population as diverse as America's.

Yeah, pretty much. My school's super big on it, though. Just another weird thing there, haha!

You usually don't get such things as much in Asia, unless it's tourist season.

Really? That's kinda weird. It seems like it'd be a pretty interesting place to stay!

Of course it is~! Asia is such a beautiful continent with such a long history and culture, aru! There are plenty of tourist attractions in every Asian country, good food too.

Come to think of it... India's food is also very delicious. [He may not be part of East Asia, but he's still part of Asia!]

Of course! As I said to someone else earlier, food is one of the pillars of pleasure.
