discedo | 26th Morph [Voice]

[Things have been pretty quiet from this guy for a bit. However, he needs to address everyone about some of the recent changes after this craziness with the body switching.]

To everyone who has noticed, both Commander Kresnik and Lieutenant Enil have been sent home. So that means there isn't many people on the Watch as of now.

[Seriously, how many were left?]

For those who don't what I'm talking about, the Watch is like a volunteer force that tries to protect the cities when things go wrong or during monster attacks. It's been...lacking lately but I'm getting things together so we would be prepared if a situation happens. While a good portion of the problems may be scientist-involved it doesn't mean that we can't help in some way or another.

What can you do?

Magic and Danmaku.

Would it be better if I headed over to show what I mean? But I would suggest a large area that isn't too populated. It can get destructive.

Outside Dissimulo. It's country area so there won't be so much damage.

[Take a while it did but Marisa made it. She's waiting with broom in hand, keeping a eye out for the one she was to show her skills to.]

I knew Enil-chan.

So, ya! Count me in!!

[He isn't serous about this what so ever. However, he is curious now f he can steal Enil's motorcycle without much notice.]

[She'll find the guy dressed in his normal black and sword outside the town limits. He's guessing the girl with the broom is her.]

Are you the one who I talked to?

[You wish puppy. Lady was smart and hid it.]

'Chan'? That's a first.

So what can you do?

Ya! She didn't like it very much, but I feel it suits her.

There's a lot I can do! [Like stir up trouble.] I'm pretty quick on my feet, stronger than your average person, can hear and smell a lot better too, and I can even see in the dark!

On top of that I make one hell of a martini!

That'd be me. Marisa Kirisame.

[She pulls her hat back a bit and offers up a grin. It's a bit subdued but still, the insaneness of it is still there. On the ride over she had time to compose herself back into what she wants others to see her as. She was waiting for a comment about the Bodyswap but was ready for it if he did.]

So you are the one who is goin' ta see what I can do?

[He's professional. There was that news report that mentioned her name but he'll ask later if needed.

He nods to her question.]

I'm Adam Park, head of the Watch. [It feels weird saying that.]

[She nods in response]

Good ta meet ya. As I said before, I can use Magic and know Danmaku. Magic's the easy one I'm guessin'

[She holds up a hand and concentrates. After a second a flaming star floats above her hand. After a moment the flames go out and the star glows brightly and then shatters. The shards dissipate as they leave her hand.]

That's basic stuff I can do more but still. Danmaku..Well..Probably easier to show then explain other then the fact it's mostly non-lethal damage.

[She's waiting but is ready to hop on her broom and head into the sky for the demonstration]

I have three Spell Cards ready for this when you are.

[Tatsumi, if you cause destruction, you might drive him to drink.]

Well I hope you didn't say it to her face.

[And why is he getting a weird feeling now...?]

...mind showing me what you can do?

[He's seen lots of off things so this is probably nothing.]

[She just nods and hops on her broom. She takes to the air and flies a bit away, to keep him out of the line of fire. She pulls out her Mini-Hakkero and aims towards the sky.]

Spell Card!- Love Sign: Master Spark!

[First there is a beam of light that slowly forms into the giant laser. She holds it there for a good moment before it fades. She smirks a bit, getting into the hang of things. She puts the reactor away and moves on to the next spell. She moves a bit higher into the sky and a light forms in her hand.]

Spell Card!- Black Magic: Event Horizon!

[Stars form from magic circles around her, spinning about in their set pattern and dissipating as they get so far from her. She lets this continue for a few rounds before dismissing it. One more time, the light appears and she calls it out]

Spell Card!- Light Blast: Shoot the Moon!

[Orbs appear around the area and start to fire more lasers as she lets golden colored stars float about the field. Their trajectories change every so often before she dismisses this as well. She waits until all the bullets are gone before she flies back down in front of Adam with a smirk on her face.]

So....Whatcha think?

[Warn him if he needs sunglasses next time. So much brightness he's seeing that he's surprised that he won't go blind.]

That's something all right.

[This is Marisa here. She warns no one of her tricks! She dismounts her broom and stands there.]

Told ya. Is that good enough for ya and the Watch? Sounds kinda like what I helped with back home. Just with less Danmaku battles.

[Yeah, don't get cocky there Marisa. Being humble will get you good points.]

You're the one who was on the network earlier who did that lightning magic? Or at least that's what I can assume, right?

That's right! Hee hee, I'm always glad when people notice my magical abilities. Often people overlook me.

Hire fighters who don't normally work for the law, to help to enforce it? Pay them in food or something, and that could work.
