[If it were possible for a line of computer text to sound annoyed, it would be Soundwave who could do it. The text flashes for a moment, before clearing, what almost sounds like a rush of static over the airways cutting in.

Meanwhile, in Dissimulo at the conjuncture of King Street and Harmony lane, one would find a strange, towering, nine foot tall faceless metal... thing, holding the little device delicately between two long, spindly fingers as he crouched. The visor flickered faintly as the words appeared on the device… Seemed like he found a way around the little buttons.

And he didn’t appear happy. With the shoulders drawn up and the head lowered, he was the very image of annoyance, the free hand lightly tapping his fingers slowly against the ground. There was a click, the communicator switching over to vocal input.]

--sensors must be faulty!--

[An oily, enraged voice slithered out of the audio output, the shoulders hunching more.]

--Decepticon life signal—

[Just trying to find him a colleague out here. … Yeah it’s not going so well.]

[A child like red head appears on the screen and peers in closely. Her emerald eyes looking over every little bit that she can see before smiling.]

The faceless head leans in a little closer, studying the image on the screen. 'Beautiful' was a new term. He's heard overbearing, creepy, obnoxious and terrifying, but 'beautiful' was not a term he'd ever thought he'd here in reference to himself.

The head tilted slowly, quizzically, as the visor flickered again- and went black. DAMNIT. HE CAN'T FIND THAT PLANET. There was a few clicks, before the shoulders dropped faintly in exasperation]

[Unable to find it, he had to press the question. Ugh... maybe the human knew what the hell, he might as well ask. Pride wasn't going to get him anywhere when his systems weren't working.]

[Washu can't help but smile. She was just itching to get a closer look at this new arrival! ]

None of us do. I've been trying to figure out the exact means since I got here. What we do know is that a group of scientists were responsible at some point.

Unfortunately, once you're here, you're stuck for awhile and unfortunately powerless via some sort of chip. I've been attempting to study that as well.

[Conan was bored. Incredibly bored. And swiftly getting very annoyed over not being able to investigate the situation in the cities for himself. He maintained that his injuries were not nearly bad enough to necessitate complete rest.

Yes, living spaceships. One of my greatest creations happens to be the spaceship Ryo-Ohki and her pilot Ryoko.

Ryo-Ohki in her spaceship form is a crystalline structure with a controlling AI operating system which takes input from the connected pilot and translate it into movement whether it be propulsion,defensive or offensive maneuvering. She is capable of moving on her own and quite often does. Though her movements are smoother with the pilot.

However she has a second form as well. This form is a small cabbit. It saves on docking costs and is easier to hide. A pure stroke of genius really~. I have accomplished this by mixing the crystalline structures of her operating system with the DNA of the mass, giving her form and learning capabilities.

Essentially, she is a living, breathing ship that has the capability to learn as she grows.

[Interesting... Every bit of data was memorized and saved, though the description left a lot to be desired. What kind of crystals were used? How did it manage to transform into something so small? The addition of DNA suggested something that was organic, so it must be something far more advanced than he was used to-

and what in Primus's name was a cabbit? He wasn't getting any entries on that. But really, the last part was the least of his questions.

So... now you have his attention. He might be able to concede to the human, if this claim of a living ship were true, to being at the very least astoundingly clever.

Yes. The crystalline structures are a part of the central matrix which makes up the operating system of the entire unit. Think of them as..hm, home grown quartz crystals with computer programming. It really was quite the stroke of genius on my part.

Perhaps I can show her to you once I get her back from the scientists.

Home grown quartz. Hm... hopefully they were molecularly similar because he was sure Megatron would be interested in a living, learning, hopefully self maintaining and easier powered warship.

Computer programming would be the easy part in all of this, it was the everything else part that would be a pain.

There was a pause... and another nod. Yes, he'd appreciate this seeing thing, actually. Again, questioningly, he did bring up what he knew about quartz itself. And was it exactly alike as the natural mineral? If not... Well he'd like to know the differences. After flashing by a few frames stored about the mineral, he moved to a blank entry, waiting for more information.]

[She continues to watch. Yes, He's absolutely adorable to her.]
