Speaking of which, she's got a new fashion statement. Damn can this vamp rock a mask. Don't worry, Turkey. She left a nice replacement for you. It's made out of paper mache and bears a beautiful face on it. Yes she is quite the trendy lady tonight. Even better, she looks to be in good spirits! ]

Like I was telling a friend of mine the other day, I can name a few kidnappers who are less accommodating than ours. I mean, c'mon! We've got room and board, there's never a dull moment, and now they're giving us a slice of home. Problem with one of my little gifts though: didn't really give me the equipment to play it on. Couldn't even send over Beemo, huh?

If any of you techies out there can manage a way to play this, I'm all for hosting a movie night. Gotta say, this has to be one of my favorite series of all time! It's a pre-Mushroom War thriller, really has you on the edge of your seat.

And any of you fancy doc's out there? [ She winks under her mask. Oh babby. Yeah she definitely wants to keep this thing. ] I wanna have a little chat with you. Otherwise I'll have to come find you myself.

Yup! It's from way way long ago when humans still roamed the earth. Well, in abundance, anyway. Not that humanity is all that uncommon around here. The novelty of that aspect of the movie might be lost, but it's still really good.

About how under the ocean, no one can hear you die! ...That's the tag line, anyway. It's basically about a submarine crew being pursued by a mysterious force that's trying to pick them off one by one. I'd say more, but I don't wanna give away the best parts!

Video games? I'm right there with you, sister. I'm almost hoping they decide to nab Beemo. He is a video game console. The only reason I say "almost" is that he's a little too cute to be at risk here.

In the mean time, I think a movie night is definitely what we need to break the monotony of beating up monsters. "Heat Signature" is a pre-war movie, so it's kinda old, but it's a real captivating thriller!

Sure there's action! Not a whole lot of chase scenes or explosions since it takes place on a submarine, but it's definitely full of suspense. The crew of the submarine is being stalked by-- whoops, can't give it away!

but yes Marceline's grin only widens when she sees Sakura. On a normal person this might be delightful, but on her it only gives a better view of her fangs. Not menacing at all. ]
