[ Someone is looking for her shoe, and according to her drawing, she is very distressed. Unfortunately, as seen by the strange blue scribbles around the artistic depiction of the shoe, it looks like the flood washed it away. But it seems she might be offering a reward, if anyone can read that orange shit scrawled on the sides.
