[The video clicks on at an odd angle, first catching a flash of feet (or rather legs disappearing in the floodwaters) as it tilts upward, past a leather clad torso and finally unsteadily framing a rather damp, rather irritated looking woman. On closer inspection, she almost looks--tired.]

I seem to have arrived at a rather unfortunate time. I don't suppose there's anyone willing to direct me somewhere dry.

Well, doctor, if it's shelter you are looking for, there are plenty of abandoned apartments in Discedo. With some cleaning up and rummaging around for furniture, you could make it look decent. Just be careful, some of them have unstable flooring.

Yes, I suppose I should learn to make myself comfortable here. It seems I could be staying for some time.

I've talked to some people who have been here for two years, aru.

I've lived through worse. I'm certain I'll manage, regardless of the length of my stay.

I can assure you that most of us here have also lived through worse.
