[The video clicks on at an odd angle, first catching a flash of feet (or rather legs disappearing in the floodwaters) as it tilts upward, past a leather clad torso and finally unsteadily framing a rather damp, rather irritated looking woman. On closer inspection, she almost looks--tired.]

I seem to have arrived at a rather unfortunate time. I don't suppose there's anyone willing to direct me somewhere dry.

Probably for the best, don't you think?

Not really. Its bad that travel is so difficult right now. Because if something else happens it could make evacuating dangerous.

Do they evacuate you often?

There were a few incidents.

May I ask what sort of incidents?

Monster attacks, bombings, inhospitable buildings.

Quite a city we've found ourselves in.

Very few good things happen here.

I'm beginning to get that impression.

Right now is just bad weather. It has been much worse in the past.

I've been told as much.

Good. I know it gets for confusing for people when they first arrive.

It was certainly an unexpected change of scenery.
