It's just like, you can't take these kinds of feelings lightly. If you tell someone you like them, you better mean it. It's not something you should joke about. So I'd feel bad 'taking' without asking, I guess. And I can't ask permission if he's not around.



Also, by the way, there's no way he'd say yes. I think he'd just sic his Puffin on me for suggesting it.

You could do what I did with Ace.

Not tell him for 3 months and then drag it out forever, accidentally start falling in love with someone else, confess about the doujin, start going out and quickly realize it's not going to work because oops, you're really really in love with that other person.

I'm guessing there are simpler ways though, eh.
