Perhaps it is a forbidden sort of love, but I believe that is what causes it to burn so strongly! Forgive me if this is far too sudden, but I will wait as long as it takes for Hong Kong-san to be ready for such a thing. Please contact me as soon as this message is received. We do not have to stay in a place such as this with so many limitations...

As Japan's communicator sends this message out, he'll just be on a walk and checking out Ace's old warehouse. Feel free to run into him along the way or come find him, otherwise he does have his comm with him!]

But yes he holds on tight, wrapping his arms around Marco's neck and snuggling close.]

[Coos at the snuggles. It doesn't matter how mad he was before, Japan snuggles are always a good thing. So once they're up in the air and steady, he nudges Japan affectionately with his head.]

[It's just comfortable, being this close like this. When he first saw Marco in his phoenix form, he had wondered if the flames would burn, but being close like this only brought the comforting sort of warmth. The kind where he didn't want to let go.

So he doesn't, closing his eyes and taking in the feel of that along with the wind. The nudge is what causes him to open his eyes again, and he reaches to pet Marco under the chin.]

Marco enjoys this sort of thing, doesn't he?

[Shivers with pure joy and nods. He loves it. Flying with someone he loves is the best.]

Kree??? [Headtilt to ask if Japan likes it too.]

I never thought such things were meant for me...

[His double meanings are all over today. He'll keep petting and hug Marco close.]

But I enjoy this very much.

[Leans into the hug, chirping happily and nudges again to tell Japan, obviously such things were definitely meant for him. Him and no one else.]

[There's an amused sort of look in Japan's eyes, but he'll stay in this sort of position, just enjoying the flight and Marco's warmth against the cold winds.]

[Keeps flying and makes sure Japan is close to him before speeding up in warning and suddenly doing a dive. Better hold on tight~]

[Uwah! But he makes sure he doesn't make a noise, clinging tighter to Marco.]

[Glances back to smirk back at Japan, enjoying the closeness and speeds up a little more to do a barrel roll, before leveling out and check on his rider.]

T-this is not the type of flying I enjoy! [CLINGING FOR HIS LIFE]

[Chuckles in a birdie way and nuzzles for apology now that they're level again.]

Marco should realize I am far too old for such things. [He just doesn't stop with that, but he does pet Marco along his neck again.]

[Sideglance and veers sharply just for that comment.]

Coroo? [Is that so?]

Do not try to say Marco is older than me. I believe it's quite obvious when he talks that he is not.

...And yes, I am too old for flips... Or... ah, I am not sure of the terms.

[Chirps another warning, but doesn't do much, just speeds up.]

Does it bother Marco?

[He leans closer (and holds on tighter), still a bit nervous.]

...Dangerous stunts in the air prove nothing, so please do not try them.

[SMIRKS EVILLY and does a quick loop, not too dangerous, just levels out.]

It proves nothing! Nothing! I will let go next time!

[fierybluebird]

[Rolls his eyes and soars up a little higher. If Japan is going to jump, he'll have lots of room to catch him at least.]

[Damn... Yeah he's not crazy enough to jump in this case. He just holds on tighter and there's probably a groan.]

[Looks back a little worried and nudges gently, to ask what's wrong.]

Do not do any more tricks. [DOES THAT ANSWER IT.]

[Shrugs. He won't. Except to maybe change back to human in midair, but no, he doesn't actually want to give Japan a heart attack so he just nods and heads over the plains looking for monsters to catalog and so Japan can take pictures.]

[He notices the path, but still hugs close to Marco, frowning to himself thoughtfully.]

I will never forget how Marco looked back there.
