[The image looks blurred and distorted as the device has switched on and is close to the source. What seems to be a kind of whirlwind is flashing around Gellert as he strides down a street in Dissimulo. He looks determined but somewhat unsettled as he makes some seemingly random gestures which apparently aren't having the desired effect.]

[Suddenly there is what looks like a lightning strike and the screen goes black.]

[Anyone in Dissimulo itself may witness this firsthand and see a wizard with his powers out of control.]
