It was only a matter of time before Washu made her way towards the newly arrived train. Who knew when it would take off so this was a perfect time to study it. That, and she wanted to make sure she was on it when it left especially after the letter she received.  Sasami needed her so, she was going to be there to rescue her.

Of course she knew this was probably a trap of some kind, she was a genius after all. But there was still a small chance that it could be genuine. Besides, if it was a trap, she was confidant that she would be fine~. Washu was too tricky not to be. Ryoko however... all the more reason to come along. To keep that brash child of hers alive.

....The could have done  something about the smell though.

Anyone wandering the train might come across the petite scientist sitting..floating on a cushion above one of the seats and encased in a protective force field just to be on the safe side. As for what she's doing? Typing away on her computer of course!

Could argue quite a lot of with Ryoko, but she was going to go regardless of her current situation. When it came to Tenchi nothing else mattered.

The smell of rotten flesh is something she's smelled before, but still doesn't mean it's all that tolerable.

"Did they dig this up out of a grave or what?"

She figured. Hence why she's not really arguing about Ryoko being there.

"I'm beginning to wonder that myself. Whatever happened in this place, it wasn't pleasant."

Besides, who knows what trouble she can get into with being left alone for long.

"Obviously. The smell of dead flesh it all around, but there's no kind of bodies. I was looking all around in the other compartments, but nothing. I'm sure it'll make everyone feel right at home here."

She hates this already. Though just in case this is going to be a long train ride Ryoko has brought a bottle of sake.

Exactly.

"The smell could be left over from rotting corpses that have been removed somehow." Which was a strong possibility. Usually she would have thought decomposition.. but there was no remaining biological matter to confirm that theory.

"....If you get drunk before we leave the station I'm locking you in a force field until you sober up."

Not to mention being alone with Crocker too. Man might suffer from blood loss and Ryo-ohki can't baby sit the both of them.

"....something unsettling about previous dead corpses being in a train we're using to supposedly go save our friends." Make you wonder who the people in the train died in the first place if not for the same reasons. GOD. 8|

"This is probably going to be the only thing derailing my sense of smell. I almost feel like I can taste rotting flesh." You know if she had taste buds. "Tch, you would." Not the most responsible person when drunk.

"I'll share with anyone who wants some. This is going to have to last me the whole time where we're going." So, she won't drink it ALL in one go as per usual.

"Very unsettling, but we really don't have any choice."

She sighed and just eyed the bottle as Ryoko spoke. She was right, the smell was making her own mouth taste like rotting flesh. Washu might have to take a few sips herself.

"I'll believe that when I see it. From what I've seen you have very little control when it comes to alcohol Little Ryoko. I doubt that bottle will last the next two hours."

"That's fine by me. I would have went either way."

Well, Washu is certainly welcome to it. She did bring a few sake saucers with her and she'll be offering her one too.

"Fine, there are some occasions were I get a little too drunk." Understatement of the year. "But, I'm not going to be stupid because this is important. I'd like to be a little loose than on edge with my nerves."

When the saucers offered, she gladly takes it just to get the taste out of her mouth. A few sips latter and she's nodding slightly.

"Only some occasions?"

She sighs. "I'm aware you can handle yourself Ryoko, I'm just worried about this."
