More of them always seem to pop up. That and the population of them most likely severely outnumbers ours. Oh, and as you might have discovered many of us have been weakened upon arrival.

The scientists responsible for bringing us here... they put high tech chips inside of us. These chips disable our powers, abilities, unique strengths, and things of that nature.

Why?

I don't honestly know, they don't exactly feel the need to disclose this information to us. I suspect it may be an attempt to keep peace between residents? Or perhaps it's some sort of tracking thing? I still don't know.

They should chip the monsters too, then. Talk about an unfairly balanced setting...

I think they don't have much control over the monsters. There are a lot more of them then the us that are brought here.

You'd think with as much power as they apparently have, they'd be able to.

Well I wouldn't sure if I'd call it EXACTLY a transformation item... more like a random power giving item. In my case it gave me the power to come back from the dead... although a little late, to the point where I was nothing but bones when I did.

Devil fruits? No, can't say that there are. Although there are a few people here who have consumed one. Like Marco and Smoker.

Marco and Smoker. Got'cha.

Smoker turns into Smoke. Marco turns into a bird. So in their cases, their devil fruits were more transformation based...

Oh I almost forgot. There's also Whitebeard... he can create Earthquakes with his devil fruit.

For an item that's rare, there sure are a lot of you here.

This place has a habit of drawing out the rarer people from across many different dimensions.
