[Greetings, Discedo! How are you today? Hopefully you're doing better than Watanuki!

When the feed starts, it's obvious it's purely accidental. Watanuki holds the communicator in his hand as he walks randomly in one direction. He hadn't recognized where he was when he woke up, and sitting had proven to get him no where. So he had picked one direction and started walking. ]

--can't believe this!

[He's not even bothering to keep his voice down.]

I wake up in the middle of nowhere with nothing but a phone! There's no way I'm going to make it to school on time now!

[He makes an aggravated noise in the back of his throat.]

If that woman wanted me to do something for her, she could have just asked! She didn't need to just drop me here with no warning! Of all the inconsiderate...!

[Aaaand, just like that, the feed turns off again, just as accidentally as it started.]

[He was kidnapped? That's... certainly not better than being dropped into this world by Yuuko, but it is a better explanation, at the very least. He shakes his head.]

... Well.. this place is called Discedo. The only people here are the scientists and all the people who were kidnapped here from their own worlds.

I'm not sure if anyone knows what happened to the original people here..

[Okay, this was good. Information about this world is very good.]

Why were we kidnapped?

[And something clicks in his brain.]

T-They're not going to experiment on us, are they?!

[ .. He wants to say something reassuring, but that would be lying.. okay, let's try to bring this calmly, so he won't freak out.. ]

A-actually.. sometimes they do.

[O-Oh God. Yuuko, he wants to go hooome!]

W-What kind of experiments?

[Do you hear the fright in his voice?]

[ Yes, he does-- and he gets it, since he's frightened of this stuff himself too BUT SOB WATANUKI HAS A RIGHT TO KNOW!! ]

... Well.. one time there were these weird creatures here that tried to kill us.. and.. um, sometimes everything turns weird colors too or random things like that. It's really unpredictable.

[He appreciates you telling him the truth, though!]

Ah, well, the colors don't sound so bad...!

[He's trying to be optimistic, but really is his. He's not sure it's working, though. He heaves a sigh.]

Yeah, they weren't all that bad! Just.. a little weird. And during Valentine's Day somehow the communicators were sending out fake Valentine's Day letters supposedly made by people here.. I guess that was embarassing too, but.. nothing harmful, right?

[ better than the stuff he's seen back home, anyway. ]

[Watanuki can deal with this. He's been through worse back in his own world. Weird colors and fake messages aren't that bad. He begins to relax a bit.]

Oh! That's not so bad!

Hehe, see? And maybe you'll be free from 'that woman' for a while too, while you're stuck here like this.

[ little does Yukiteru know he means Yuuko.. ]

[Unfortunately, he's already heard from Yuuko, so he just sighs.]

She's here too.

W-wait, a person like that is stuck here too?

[ oh god, he's sounding frightened already.. ]

She was probably too busy getting drunk to realize what was happening.

[Look how highly he considers her.]

A person like that here.. who's constantly getting drunk too..

B-but that's dangerous..! What if they do something to the rest of us?!

Eh? Another person like Yuuko-san? One of them is more than enough! I don't think I can handle two!

Oh, no. [He waves a hand.] I don't think she'd so something that would endanger everyone.

[Then he reconsiders his words.]

...Well, not without a good reason.

[ .. wait, stop the presses, hold it, etc, etc. ]

Did you just say.. Yuuko-san? [ OH GOD. ]

[...cautious nod.]

Ah--yes! Do you know her?

[If so, you know how much of a pain she is, right?]

I do, but.. I didn't know she was that dangerous of a person..

[ Just-- well, Yukiteru wouldn't call it a pain, but the sentiment is the same.. just frightening, really. ]

[Hastily backtracking.]

I don't know if I would...!

...Actually, dangerous is a pretty good word for Yuuko-san. Along with alcoholic.

[He says it completely deadpan.]

[Then he realizes that that's not really the best way to reassure someone that Yuuko's not dangerous. He waves a hand.]

A-Ah...! But I don't think she'd hurt anyone!

[ ... Yes, he's not entirely sure if he should be scared or not, but he's leaning towards 'yes, be scared and get the hell out of here'.. ]

A-.. are you so sure of that? If even you say she's dangerous..
