[Greetings, Discedo! How are you today? Hopefully you're doing better than Watanuki!

When the feed starts, it's obvious it's purely accidental. Watanuki holds the communicator in his hand as he walks randomly in one direction. He hadn't recognized where he was when he woke up, and sitting had proven to get him no where. So he had picked one direction and started walking. ]

--can't believe this!

[He's not even bothering to keep his voice down.]

I wake up in the middle of nowhere with nothing but a phone! There's no way I'm going to make it to school on time now!

[He makes an aggravated noise in the back of his throat.]

If that woman wanted me to do something for her, she could have just asked! She didn't need to just drop me here with no warning! Of all the inconsiderate...!

[Aaaand, just like that, the feed turns off again, just as accidentally as it started.]

Jeez, you really like school, huh... [ Jack's smart enough that he wouldn't skip a test, but it's not like he likes them either ] Well, uh, this is Discedo! And it's crawling with monsters, so you might want to get somewhere safe.

[Watanuki doesn't like tests, but well. That doesn't change the fact that there was one today.]

Monsters?!

[He'll look around wildly, trying to find them.]

Yeah. A lot of them are harmless, but there's a lot that're dangerous too- you'll know them when you see them. You'll probably be fine if you get into one of the buildings, though! Just make sure there's lights on. The apartments at the best.

She would send me to a place crawling with monsters...

...Can the monsters not enter the buildings?

[dewebbed]

[ Who's he mumbling about? Jack'll ask him about that in a minute, probably. ]

No, they can, just not as much! Everybody lives in the apartments, so they're the safest places to be.

Oh... So I guess I better make my way there, huh?

...Where are the apartments?

[He's only just arrived, and quite lost.]

Uh- what does it look like around you? I know the city like the back of my hand, so I bet I can tell you where to go from there.

[You can't see it, but Watanuki is looking around, trying to find some place to give accurate picture of where he would be.]

Aaah... I'm by a Library?

Oh, that burnt-out one, right? Just go down the street until you get to the corner of Lander! The C.F. Apartments are right there. Not many people living in them, but they've got heating and everything.
