I don't know what name he will be using here, but I know him as Gin. He is the Black Organization's most dangerous assassin. I can't say for certain how many people he has killed, but I have linked him to a number of large scale terrorist bomb attacks.

...And he is the one who poisoned me.

Dangerous, yes. And I agree something must be done. But I have no evidence. Even in my own world I have no convincing evidence. [A tinge of bitterness enters his voice.] Bombs are excellent at destroying that.

Anyone who attempts to gather something like that is killed. He's killed members of his own Organization when they've outlived their usefulness. But he does not kill without reason. Even if that reason is only being an inconvenient witness.
