[China is all smiles as usual since his return.]

[This was meant to be a private broadcast for Stocking only, but... the comm decided to make it public. People in Discedo, whether they're near the Latimir Apartments or not, will hear the singing of China's Milotic coming from the roof.]

[He proceeds to pour tea into the cups he has with him on the rood, but he stops when he hears Hong Kong.]

[He blushes.] W-What? But it was only meant for Stocking and I know that I put it on private.

The comms have been acting up more than usual lately, yeah? I wouldn't worry— pretty sure everyone knows who you meant to invite.

[But... Hong Kong won't be getting that message, because the comm decides to act up again. It erases the message China meant to sent and sends one of its own:]

[The singing will get louder as Hong Kong nears the roof.]

[ Hong Kong appears on the roof in a few minutes, walking over to China silently. ]

Ah, Hong Kong~ Come over here and say hello to Xi Shi. [China gestures to his Milotic, who pauses in her singing to look at Hong Kong with curious eyes.]

[ He raises a hand in greeting. ] Hey, Xi Shi. [ He then turns and bows briefly to China. ]

[Xi Shi lets out a trill in greeting. China returns the bow, smiling.]

Stocking hasn't arrived yet, so it's no problem if you stay with us for a bit. Would you like any of these sweets? [He looks down at the basket full of Valentine's Day candies.]

I don't wanna take stuff you had set aside for your girlfriend. [ Raising one brow slightly while he looks over at Xi Shi and waves again. ]

How about some jasmine tea then? I brought a third cup.

[Xi Shi hovers over to the two, giving Hong Kong a playful nudge.]

Well, if you have extra... [ It'd be more polite to refuse again, but.... ]

Of course I did, besides, I know Stocking will enjoy the sweets much more than she would the tea.

[Xi Shi is now curling by the two Nation's feet, making herself comfortable.]

Is she not a big tea fan?

[ Watching the creature at his feet curiously, though he looks up at China every so often. ]

She is more of a sweets fan.

[He pours some tea for Hong Kong. When he's finished, he pets Xi Shi's head.]

I'll assume that was meant for me my beloved?

[ Smile. ]

Of course it was for you. It was a private broadcast, aru. [So he thought.]

[He blushes.] E-Eh?! But I was so sure I put a filter on it...

Oh... well, no matter. [He regains his colors and smiles.] I have tea and sweets already here for us both, so please come over as soon as you can.

[ And in a few minutes she's there, thanks to her wings. ]

[He smiles when he sees her and takes her hands into his own when she's close enough before her feet touch the ground.]

With all the candy lying around, I gathered some and made sure there was nothing wrong with them. [He gestures at a round, wooden table where a basket full of the candy hearts, chocolates, and heart-shaped lollipops lies on top, alongside a teapot and two cups. There's two chairs by the table and China's Milotic pauses in her singing to stare curiously at Stocking, tilting her head in the process.]

Oh, that's right. Stocking, I would like you to meet Xi Shi~ She was the one who was singing just now, aru.
