[Little ol' Cube is back, and is broadcasting from a desk in St. Andrew's hospital. Noting much to see but a lot of papers, a bamboo plant, and perhaps a white rabbit poking it's head up from where they're sitting.]

It's been quite a winter, hasn't it? To start the new year, I thought it might benefit all the medical personnel, hospital staff, and healers to gather for a meeting. It'd be nice to trade information, share strengths, and simply know who is who and where they're stationed.

I'm not sure what day of the week we can schedule this for, but please contact me if you're interested in such a meeting and we may work from there.

As for everyone else. It's been quite some time since I posted the Medical form. When you have a chance, please fill it out or update it accordingly.

What are medical records?
The medical records are simple forms filled out by residents to document their medical state and needs such as name, blood type, species, and previous medical history.
If you are unable to read or write, you may receive assistance filling out a form by stopping by the hospital or contacting me over the network and I'll document things for you.

Why should I fill it out?
In the state of emergency, a medical record on file can be accessed and with it, can speed up assistance to patients. It's in your best interests to fill the form out truthfully in case you're brought in unconscious or are unable to communicate. Also, if you have a specific medical need or even a rare blood type, medical personnel can keep a look out for supplies available for proper treatment, if needed.

What about my privacy?
Your medical record will be stored in an undisclosed location and only accessed and shared by medical personnel when needed. These records are not open the the general public. All records filled electronically will be locked until transferred securely.
Should security of the records be breached, measures will be taken to secure and/or relocate all information as soon as possible. The party responsible for breaching security will be apprehended and harshly dealt with, no exceptions.

How do I update my information?
Simply fill out the form once more with all your updated information and it'll be documented.

Still... how can there be hospitals, but no airports? [Yes, he's still complaining about that.]

[Cube's hair has gotten pretty long, actually. He hasn't decided on if he should cut it yet or keep growing it out. Still, he is wearing his usual red tie. Somehow, this is all important to know.]

Yes, and I've heard recently that the power to the Spero hospital has been restored.

Ah, w-well... perhaps there was one? I-it's hard to say with how damaged this city is. Airports are strange. I prefer flying with my own wings.

You mean you have your own plane? [Interpreting the "using my own wings" incorrectly.]

Ah, n-no. I can not pilot a plane, nor do I own one. I simply have wings of my own.

What is with this place anyway? Is it truly another planet? And why do people end up losing their memories of this place if they've been here before? Many claim that I was here two other times, but I remember neither of my previous stays, aru.

Yes, this is another planet. I'm not sure as to why people forget their memories, but Marco-san once had a fascinating idea as to why. Still, as hard as it may be to believe, time doesn't flow the same here as where you're from. At least, not that I've noticed.

I've been sent home twice. Each time I returned I had no recollection of being on this world until I returned. Those who were here say I was gone for a week, where I had been, over 40 years had passed.

[He nods.]

But you remembered when you returned here, I didn't. I've been here for about a week or so now, and nothing has come up. I can't even remember the moments I shared here with the one I was dating... [And of course he feels guilty for that.]

I'm sorry. I wish I could share some secret to you, but I know nothing about restoring memories. There once was a small bird that was here who restored my memories once after an incident, but he's been gone for some time.

I can only suggest trying not to be who you were once before, but be yourself now. I-
