Seems like he has a habit of you know. Not staying DEAD. Guess he has some pretty fine marksmanship. He can probably cast magic with materia, but I'm not all too sure on exactly what else he can do. Nothing compared to his psychotic brother...

Only really go to see him in action once, so it's up in the air what else he's capable of. I'd just be very careful.
